
Tami Aders, Executive Director
Tami serves as the Executive Director of the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office (EPPMO), a centralized hub dedicated to aligning and delivering project investments that advance the organization's long-term vision and operational priorities. She has over 15 years' of experience providing strategic leadership in portfolio, program, and project management, including establishing and leading the Oregon State Lottery's EPMO for over 5 years.
Tami's career spans diverse organizations, including a globally ranked university in the top 1.4%, a nationally recognized health plan, a $12B public trust and sales agency, and a startup third-party administrator supporting managed care organizations. She has experience managing budgets $140M+, leading nationally distributed teams, building out EPMOs from the ground up, and developing and delivering strategic roadmaps.
Tami has a proven track record of ensuring that organizations are investing in the right initiatives at the right time, resources are being spent in the most effective way, and that interwoven streams of work are delivered successfully to maximize outcomes.
Tami received a bachelor’s degree in education from Western Oregon University. She also holds certifications in Portfolio Management (PfMP), Project Management (PMP), Change Management (CMP), Certified Strategy Officer (CSO), Delivery at Scale (ICP-DAS), Enterprise Product Ownership (ICP_EPO), Safe Scrum Master (SSM), Master Project Manager (MPM), and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM).
Sandesh Sheth, Delivery Director

Sandesh Sheth serves as the Delivery Director in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office. A storyteller at heart, he delights in sharing his wealth of weird facts and anecdotes, infusing conversations with humor and curiosity. Professionally, Sandesh holds a diverse array of qualifications, including a background in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and certifications in Strategy Management, Portfolio Management (PMI), Advanced Design Thinking (IDEO), PMP, and SAFe 6.0 SPC. Additionally, he holds a PG Certificate in AI from UT Austin and have previously been recognized as a Six Sigma Black Belt, MBCP, CGEIT, and ISO 17799 Lead Auditor. Sandesh wears his love for knowledge and growth as a badge of honor, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals at OSU and beyond.
Danny Hough, Associate Director

Danny Hough serves as the Associate Director in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office. He manages a variety of technical and strategic projects as part of his portfolio in addition to supporting strategic and development efforts within the project management teams at OSU. Danny joined OSU in 2009 and served in several functional-tech and managerial roles in the Controller's Unit within the Division of Finance and Administration prior to joining the EPPMO in 2021. He holds both a BA in Business Management and an MBA from Oregon State University.
Sean Bangs, Project Manager

Sean Bangs joined OSU’s Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office in 2024. He has over 25 years as a Project Manager and leader within industries such as the military (US Army), technology (Intel Corporation), and education technology in the non-profit sector (NWEA). His project experiences include large military operations, factory/foundry operations, Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestitures, enterprise level implementations, and educational assessment products for K-12 students. Sean completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at Portland State and his MBA at City University.
Erik Calbreath, Business Analyst

Erik Calbreath is a Business Analyst in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office. Prior to joining OSU in late 2022, Erik worked at a leading national geospatial service provider as a Senior Enterprise Systems Consultant supporting many enterprise process improvement, systems implementation, and business intelligence reporting and analytics initiatives. Erik holds a B.A. in Physics from California State University, Stanislaus.
Dawn Crutchfield Board, Business Analyst

Dawn Crutchfield Board, a seasoned Business Analyst with EPPMO, embodies her professional motto of "Plan, Execute, and Be Accountable." With over 25 years of experience, she is a highly motivated and experienced leader adept at strategic planning and managing all aspects of project management and business analysis from initiation to close. Dawn's expertise includes excellent analytical, quantitative, and qualitative skills, enabling her to provide expert consultation, guidance, direction, and leadership to support organizational operations effectively. Her expertise can best be seen with her implementation of enterprise-wide financial & HR systems in the public & private sectors, and large financial, and higher education institutions. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University and MS in Human Resources Management from Troy State University.
Susan Flanagin, IT Program Manager

Trent Guan, Project Manager

As an IT project manager, Trent Guan provides program and project management support to campus partners working to advance the university's IT strategic priorities. Trent is the contact for obtaining the latest status about the Identity system project, Endpoint management project and other initiatives in the Smart Access Program. Trent joined the EPPMO team in 2022 and currently serves as the Smart Access Program manager. Prior to this Trent worked as an IT manager, IT project manager, and in various IT positions for DuPont and other multinational companies for over 15 years.
Bob Imhoff, Project Manager

As a Project Manager in OSU’s Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office, Bob Imhoff guides cross-functional execution of projects in support of the university’s strategic goals. He previously spent seven years in the unmanned aerospace industry, supporting United States Department of Defense customers. During that time, Bob built a skillset centered around data analysis, business intelligence, and process improvement. His previous project management experience centered around engineering development efforts, integrating novel optical payloads into aircraft configurations for the United States Navy and Marine Corps. Through his work, Bob aims to lead cohesive teams to collaborate and drive meaningful change. He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Manmeet Singh Khetarpal, Project Manager

Manmeet Singh Khetarpal joined OSU in 2022 and works as a Project Manager in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office. Prior to joining OSU, Manmeet worked in India and Australia on Automation Technology and Master Data Management projects. His project management experience extends beyond the technology sector, with notable experience overseeing projects for the world's largest oil refinery. Manmeet is equipped with a diverse skill set, complemented by a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and M.Eng in Operations from the University of Technology Sydney.
Diana Lindsley, Project Manager

Diana Lindsley has over 20 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in various industries including transportation, dental software, web design, product management, customer management, and education. In addition, Diana was an internal auditor for about 15 years in additional industries including banking and both Washington and Oregon state governments and held her CISA certification. She joined OSU UIT in 2011 as one of the first official project managers. She has worked on many significant projects over her tenure at OSU, including development of the CORE Reporting system, BennyBuy, DUO implementation and others. Diana officially retired in 2020, only to stay on on a part-time basis for a year to assist with some additional projects. After a year of full retirement, she became bored and came back to OSU again to join the EPPMO.
Joe Mathis, Project Manager

Joe Mathis joined the EPPMO team as a Project Manager in 2024 to support AMP. He comes to OSU with 10 years of consulting and systems implementation project experience in various roles including Change Management, Testing Management, Delivery and Project Management. Joe now calls Beaverton home after spending most of his professional career living abroad, with previous engagements taking him to the U.K., Italy, Indonesia and Australia.
Tracy Oulman, Project Manager

As a Project Manager for the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office, Tracy Oulman provides project management guidance and support to campus partners working to advance the university's strategic priorities. Tracy has more than 20 years of experience providing project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement planning and is committed to helping others collaborate, engage, and move ideas into meaningful outcomes. Prior to joining Oregon State University in 2022, she worked for the University of Utah, State of Montana, and the City of Corvallis and spent several years as a management consultant.
Paige Phillips, Project Manager

Paige Phillips joined OSU in 2024 to work as a project manager in the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office. Prior to joining OSU, Paige brings a diverse background, with experience in University Health and Finance and custodian banking, encompassing skills in public health, data analysis, and program/project management. She holds undergraduate and master’s degree in Public Health Management & Policy from Oregon State University, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Simona Siring, Business Analyst

Sruthi Thota, Business Analyst

Sruthi Thota became part of OSU in August 2024, taking on the role of Business Analyst in EPPMO. Before her time at OSU, Sruthi gained experience across various sectors such as finance, banking, insurance, and telecommunications. She has held several positions in different organizations, demonstrating her flexibility and adaptability. Sruthi is a highly driven and seasoned leader skilled in strategic planning and overseeing all facets of project management and business analysis, from start to finish. Sruthi is passionate about continuous learning and development, and She has successfully contributed to numerous projects by delivering efficient outcomes. Sruthi holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications and a master's degree in information systems.
Michael Wolman, Project Manager

Michael Wolman joined OSU in 2024 as a project manager in EPPMO. Before OSU, Michael worked as a project manager spanning two decades at financial and banking institutions such as USAA and Fidelity Investments in a variety of areas including IT, anti-money laundering, client management, defined contributions and student health insurance. Additionally, Michael serves as a Medical Service Corps officer in the 315th Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) Squadron (Reserve) and has overseen AE operations, training, logistics and readiness across three continents. Michael received his MBA from the University of North Texas, and has PMP, PROSCI, Scrummaster, Product Owner, Mediation, AHA BLS and NAEMT TCCC Tier 2 certifications.
Tze-Yiu Yong, Project Manager

With over 25 years' experience as an engineering manager and managing projects in industries including semiconductors (Hewlett-Packard), big data, healthcare (Corvallis Clinic) and machine learning (BigML), Tze-Yiu Yong joined OSU in 2016 as a project manager in the College of Science. During his time there, he led a project to help the College significantly increase its online Ecampus courses including offering its first ever fully online degree and also led the College's first redesign of its main website to occur in over a decade so that it incorporated SEO and was more oriented towards prospective students. His proudest achievement was being co-project manager for OSU-TRACE - launched at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 - this work stood up over 50 healthcare professionals in a workforce that could be quickly mobilized to travel to communities around Oregon providing door-to-door COVID-19 virus sampling that allowed local leaders the ability to understand the prevalence of the virus in their community. Tze joined EPPMO in 2024 and is excited to bring his skills and experience to work with you in furthering OSU's mission and goals.
